What Do You Look For in a Token?

As an active trader, you will agree with the fact that what should drive interest in any given token is utility, the nature of the token, team and plan.
 

However, it is important to analyze the token in order to minimize the risks involved. because tokens with a relatively low market cap can really make us get high profits but also at the same time have very high risks.

The fact is, Knowing a bit about the Team behind the project, the vision & mission concept of the project as well as the community is vital to making decisions. Have you also reviewed the price history on recently listed Exchange? I was looking at the reward they've rolled out and beginning to pick Interest trading there. Are you also finding this project Interesting to enter?

It is important to always know and look at the tokenomics of a new token or coin in the cryptocurrency industry because in this way you can get an idea if the token or coin you are aware of is legitimate or has potential in the future, and if there is a reason that crypto communities will use it in the future.

And it is also important that it has a website platform that has all the information we are looking for on a legitimate coin in this field. Because without those, it will be a bit difficult for us to distinguish whether it is beautiful or not.

Tokenomics, Uniqueness, Community, Usefulness, Transparency.

Those are just 5 of my bases whenever I'm buying a token. I think I don't need to explain all 5 of them because I believe that many users here are intelligent enough to know the definition of those 5 factors. I mean many here have factors that affect their decision on whether they will buy the token or not right? The most important one for me is how useful the token is. What is the use case of the token? How will the token be used in the project? 2nd is the community because I always believe that a project will be useless if there's no community or supporters behind it. Transparency is an important factor as well - and no need for further explanation of that.

Overall, we have different factors on what do we look for a token. At the end of the day, we are investing to make money, so always spend some time researching so that in the end, we will gain some bucks.
