i don't think there was any way we could have prevented technology from being what it is today us humans are meant to evolve and improve continuously

the only limits we could impose is how we use it

we are already very advance with out technological knowledge, so advance that we already have AI and robots that will work for us. though there are speculation that AIs will take the jobs from us i think we can still work out as long as the robots are for production.

I think AI cannot replace all jobs but can only do in production as you have said because they are set with a task that they will do repeatedly. AIs are used alongside humans because there is a human collaboration AI needs to be guided by humans. AI will change the the nature of work but it is hard to replace us humans

AIs are developed faster these days. if you have watched some developments from Boston Dynamics, it could be used to work for certain industries including where less dependent on human resources. These robots could even be used to fight in a war and wipe out an entire town. Eventually Ted will one day be right but there are still ways to avoid all these.

Modern Tech has more advantage to put in use than shutting down. those who couldn't drive, not can even just ride everywhere without having to learn driving because of the self driving cars.

If you mention trading and payment methods are the reasons for one of the forms of modern technology from Bitcoin, that is not wrong ... however, the characteristic of Bitcoin that makes it more modern and interesting is decentralized ... there are no banks associated with transactions on the Bitcoin blockchain, so there is a better level of privacy making Bitcoin more powerful and different from other technologies ....

Yes, but rather than focusing on those negative impacts of these technologies, we need to focus on the positive and how it has really made helpful contributions to our lives in one way or the other, because when we join to think about these negative aspects, we’ll end up devaluing them and therefore become myopic towards other potential opportunities they could most likely offer or bring in the future.
