It will be better for you to focus on how to build yourself and creates streams of making income than thinking on what thw government have for the country, because they have failed woefully in carrying out their duties, and they're big disappointment to the country. The government will continue extorting, stealing and borrowing funds in the name of Nigeria.
I completely agree with you because people should get concerned more about changing their personal economic situation than hoping on government to come to perform miracles for them because government in our country has failed the masses even to provide the basics of necessities
But the fact of the matter is that wether you plan of changing your personal economic situation or not you're in the country and every thing that happens in the country affects you infact there no way you can have a good personal economic situation when the environment where you find your self is not working because with the state of our economy it will be difficult for people to develop and have a good lifestyle that is economical friendly to the masses because inflation is really biting seriously on the poor masses
If you set up a business that you are cashing out daily, no matter how bad the economy is, you wouldn't feel it that much compared to people who are solemnly depending only on government salary. With the poor economy of the country, there are some people that are not feeling it, because they have made an investment to carter for their needs.
You're actually on point because depending on government with out engaging in one form of business is not good is like you leaving your future to someone to live for you so one thing that will be of great help to nigerian this year is to start up a business that they can be earning daily or even weekly as that will help them to cursen the effects of the harsh economy that we have found our self in Nigeria currently additional acquiring a skill to will be of great help to any in who is ready to change their present economic situation

One karma for you. Nigeria is not for the poor citizens again but for the middle class and the rich. Tinubu's economy is self centered and it only those who are closed to him are enjoying it. Tinubu has taking the 3rd corrupt position in the whole world. And we the good citizens of the country said what happened that he didn't take the first position in such a good reward. LoLz 🤣. According to his media broadcast and new year speech, he said this year will be better but I have not seen such in the country.

If there will be any change, it should showcase from the policies and prices of things.
I definitely agree with you Because with the way Nigeria is now one is tempted to say that Nigeria is not for the poor but for the political class as the political class has hijacked the wealth of the nation and the ordinary Nigerian citizen is left with nothing
I personally don't believe his new year broadcast to the nation because things will not just get better over night without without a concrete plans and steps to actualize those plans because as it stands there is no plan for the economy as inflation is in its peak in the country so 2025 is one year that Nigeria has to take their destiny into their hands as because our government has no good plan for the country

With the 2024 coming to an end today being 31of December and with few hours left before we welcome the new Year as Nigerian let us have a sober reflection of how our government has handled our economy and look down deep within us with 2024 been marked with high inflation occasioned by the removal of fuel subsidy which has made the goods and services in the country to have skyrocketed

And with the presentation of the 2025 budget to the national assembly is there any hope for the Nigerian economy come 2025
Let discuss
the country is nothing better to write about, the year 2024 economy crisis was in a high duration,2025 can be better than last year if there is a great change, but the truth about this country every leader that comes have there own strategies to bring down our economy growth,am really fed up about this country.

You're actually right because looking at the Nigerian economy for the past three administration it has been getting worst as each government passes this is due to the fact that each government comes with their own policies that it considers good and it has really destroyed the economy to a point that it will be very difficult for the economy to recover in the next few years and looking at the policies on ground I don't see any thing different that will change in the Nigerian economy and other sectors of the country because I don't see any thing tangible that is geared towards any progress in the country

The problems the Nigria economy face is so diverse morethan culture itselef.Ranging from oir politics;leaders amongst others.During the good luck regime, they said it would be better. It would be betwr in years time they said but currently, our economy cries and our leaders just keep making the situation worse while chamging nothing in the country subsequently apart from their cars  and the frequent lies amongst othes.
However,i still believe theres stil hope despite all this cause Naija rally got potentials, potentials fron the creativity in our people and the potential that our lands brings forth.

Your right but I still believe that there's hope for the country it's just a matter of time and the quality of leadership that we are having in the country, if we can have leaders that are committed to the development of the country things will be okay for the country because because Nigeria is one country that is blessed with  natural and human resources and filled with a lot of potentials that the citizens holds our main problem has been leadership

It is still this natural resources that is making these men recycle themselves in power and it seems the leadership tussle is just moving within a vicious circle. They always have somebody who is their loyalist to replace them so their corrupt practices can continue and their benefactor continues to cover their dirty act in power so that nobody may know what they are doing. This is the reason why I just do not bother myself anymore when it comes to anything leadership of this country.

What annoys me most is that the set of people we are aiming to support would still go meet them and pay loyalty to them singing their praise and are their puppets which we are meant to believe they are just acting up after elections and everything. You see this country, na to hustle your way o, no think of the leadership. Just do your legit hustle and make your money that's all nobody go reason you if you no get anything even he so-called leadership you dey yan about no send you, dem just dey there dey sakpa the mola big time nothing dey happen.

And with the presentation of the 2025 budget to the national assembly is there any hope for the Nigerian economy come 2025
Let discuss
2024 has indeed been one of the worst year so far, due to inflations, kidnapping, bribery and corruption and the like and all this negativity has been solely propelled by those who are meant to be  the custodian of the law i.e those who are meant to protect the very citizens who voted them into power, it's just very sad. But I believe that 2025 will and only be better if those in power acknowledge all the wrongs they have been engaged in and take steps towards rectifying their mistakes, only then will 2025 be a favourable year

Well the Bible says in everything give thanks, I personally thank God for 2024 even though it didn't go as most of us planned I believe in a better 2025 a year which I believe if that would be great for everyone, Amen. However for this year not to be as last year, the leaders should be ready to accept their mistakes, and take steps to ensure that it isn't like last year.
