- Beterbiev wants it
- Turki Alalshikh wants it and has already said he'll do it if both fighters agree
- none of them will get more money by fighting any other boxer.

BUT, fresh news came out that: Artur Beterbiev has been ordered to defend his undisputed titles against lesser-known IBF mandatory challenger Michael Eifert

I don't know if this is some weird decision by IBF to try to extort some money out of Beterbiev's team or the Saudis, or will they change their stance under the pressure of boxing fans. Alternatively Beterbiev could just drop the IBF belt and maybe try to win it back later.

And we fans wanted it, and so it can be done by Turki Alalshikh as he is the most powerful broker, he can talk to multiple promoters and they respect him. So I wouldn't be surprised that we will get a positive feedback from him and put a rematch.

IBF is a kill joy, Lol, but yes, most likely Beterbiev will likely turn down a fight with a lesser opponent and maybe pay the fine to the IBF. Or maybe his manager will pay forward as it doesn't make sense for him to fight Michael Eifert who is not known to boxing fans.

Given the magnitude of this fight, I believe the IBF will change its stance and allow the rematch between Bivol and Beterbiev to happen, albeit with a smaller purse, as these boxing organizations often capitalize on any opportunity to make money. Fortunately, HE Turki is willing to stage the rematch. In my opinion, he is the only person capable of paying both boxers a substantial amount to face each other.

Doesn't matter, if they want to strip him then good for Beterbiev. It doesn't matter to him though as he wanted to get the rematch and to show to the world that his win is not a fluke. But if IBF says you better give us some money to step aside our mandatory, then maybe HE Turki will have to pay for that fine. The most important thing for us know is to see the rematch between this two. I will not be surprised that HE Turki might be talking to them already on how to make the fight happen again.
