It's not UTC, not UTC+1 but it's UTC+2 LOL
Check the time at UTC+2: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/timezone/utc2
Now check the time at the top.

This is probably because of DST or Daily Savings Time, this was clock movement in some countries that happened yesterday I think.
I never liked this time modification but I have watches with MultiBand Radio and/or Bluetooth, that self-adjust most of my watches and I don't notice when this happens.
Note that some countries don't use DST at all, so it can very confusing
