I believed that for someone who is interested in quitting gambling will not make announcements over it before taking the necessary actions, we all know that it's not an easy task to quit gambling and we have to remain focused on what we are determined for, also, people believed that the more they make it open to the public their intentions towards quitting gambling the more it becomes more difficult for them because they can get advise on not to quit and many gamblers keep on bringing their various opinions regarding quitting.

You're right.
The decision of Quitting gambling is something that occurs within a person, you wont need to announce aboutvyour intentions to quit gambling.
Sometimes, quitting gambling could be easier than you think, you just have discover how and where a person usually gambles and then think of ways to disrupt it, for example, if you feel you're overspending your money on gambling or you're gradually developing a gambling problem, there are ways one could start tackling the issue.

If you discover you're more of an offline gambler, you could try moving out of that area to somewhere there are no casinos around you, you'll gradually start losing interest when you'll need to travel miles before you can access a casini to gamble.

On the moment that you had found yourself on getting addicted with gambling via already that too active on playing on everyday then quitting would really be that so hard to be done.
Your mind would be telling you that you should be stopping already but once your emotions are already that taking up the control then it would really be that so hard to do even
if it sounds  that very basic. This is why tons of people do really mess up their lives just because of the wrong decisions that they've been doing.
If you cant be able to control up yourself the expect that there would be disasters.

If you announced it, that is when you won't even quit the gambling again because his instinct will not quit gambling but his mouth as quit gambling and leaving gambling must come from the mind and not the pronouncement. Many people have said such pronouncement in my area many times yet they are continually doing it. So I don't believe them again. But those who really and genuinely like to quit those act, they left or quit from them without anyone knowing and the new change of action shows from the person behavior.

You have a valid point here. You see, there are some certain things better done than said. Sometimes it is better one exercise self comportment and keeping some certain things to themselves than saying it because the moment they say whatever they have in mind doing, there is always some form of discouragement they would encounter and that would lead them to having double thought over what they already have concluded to act upon. Sometimes it leads to confusion and when that happens the person would likely not quit that which they have already made up their mind to quit.

The best thing to do if you already made up your mind to quit gambling is to stick to your quit plans. If you already see a counsellor to help you scale through, then you can communicate with your counsellor all through the process so as to guide you through your decision as that would be the best way to control such otherwise you just keep it to yourself and discipline yourself all through the process.
