I created my Betcoin.ag account on March 2nd, 2022, and initially deposited $1,000. For nearly a year, I bet on sports like football and basketball. The betting limits on Betcoin.ag were not very high, so I opened an account on their sister site, Playbetr.com, on December 31st, 2022. My first deposit on Playbetr was $4,000, followed by another $1,000 to $2,000. Additionally, I deposited another $1,000 on Betcoin.ag. In total, I deposited around $7,000 to $8,000 across both sites, all in Bitcoin. Initially, I faced no issues and bet primarily on NBA games at Playbetr. Although I lost initially, I eventually won several bets on both sites, albeit with different selections. This betting activity was fine with them as long as I was losing.
When I started winning, I attempted to withdraw my balances from both websites, totaling 0.65 BTC from Playbetr and 0.21 BTC from Betcoin. Both sites required me to complete a KYC process, for which I provided my driving license, selfies, and address proof. After verification, I waited for my withdrawals. The next day, I found myself unable to log into either account or access any features. Both websites blocked my accounts without explanation. I received emails from both sites accusing me of fraudulent actions, justifying their right to terminate my accounts and suspend payouts. They even offered to return my deposits, which I found laughable and unacceptable. This situation has also happened to others.
Since receiving these emails on January 3rd, 2023, I have been ignored despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and live chat. Playbetr, in particular, is known for claiming transparency and fairness in forum threads, yet my experience has been quite the opposite. I am accused of fraudulent actions, including syndicate play, match-fixing, late betting, and others, none of which I committed. My betting was solely on NBA games, which are heavily monitored and have high limits across all sportsbooks.
The accusations against me are baseless, and the sites have provided no evidence to support their claims. Despite offering to repay my deposits, they have ignored my inquiries and provided no explanation. I am determined to seek justice and refuse to let these sites scam innocent players. I have seen other users pursue legal action through Curacao courts and lawyers, and I am willing to do the same to resolve this matter.
In summary:
I deposited a total of 0.85 BTC (including profits) across both Betcoin.ag and Playbetr.com.
My accounts were blocked on January 3rd, 2023, after I requested withdrawals.
I did not break any rules.
I have been ignored by both sites via email and live chat.
No explanation or evidence has been provided to support their accusations.
I am looking forward to a reply from Betcoin.ag and Playbetr.com to resolve this issue.
