what's your take about ARTFI??

I know nfts meta and hype has died down for a while, but I found something intriguing recently.. ARTFI. They aim to democratize the arts market by tokenizing it. Cool concept though, but do you think it's sustainable? Can this revive the hype and excitement back to the nfts market?

ARTFI is attempting to revive interest in NFTs by tokenizing the art market, making high-value artworks accessible to a broader audience through fractional ownership. While the concept is intriguing and could democratize art investment, its sustainability depends on broader market adoption and regulatory clarity. Whether it can reignite NFT hype remains uncertain, but it does introduce a practical application of blockchain technology in a traditionally exclusive market.
