What do you think about crypto campus ambassadors program

During my undergraduate days, there were lots of ambassadorial programmes but none were Crypto related and as a matter of fact, Crypto was not in the existence then. It was year later after I graduated that was when crypto began to make waves. Although I belonged to campus fellowship and by the virtue of your membership of a campus fellowship, you are am automatic ambassador of the fellowship so that mean me doing what Iis right and obtainable in the society.

The last time I entered my school campus, I saw lot's of changes. I saw Exchange banners, crypto banners Al over campus and I was very happy that schools and students are beginning to get information about Crypto Bitcoin and lots more and this must be the work of ambassadorial programmes and projects held in campuses. Crypto projects thes days majorly focuses on the youths and most are students who are good pioneers of Crypto knowledge in their various campuses.

And I will disagree with Sim_card, exchange never advertise any of their products in campus, those who were doing seminars were doing to look for money for themselves. I noticed such as I visited my school last time but I mostly see binance banner  more on campus than any other exchange. Although some blockchain project do theirs but so far, the most of them I have seen amongst them is Binance. I believe it that these campus ambassadorial stuff really helped alot because most projects and Crypto company had a good base from student bases centres which really helped in strengthening the Crypto firm and also spread the knowledge of Crypto swiftly in the student community.

I don't know if I am correct but I feel the kind of advertisement Sim_Card is referring to is the one where you see different exchanges in banners and also in some merch - that's the only way I know exchanges put out their products to srudents durign those programs.

If by any chance anyone stands on the podium to directly talk about that exchange or project, then it is certain that they are CEOs like you mentioned and not those exchange ambassadors.

I can see your point of view here but  in my country it's all about student community whenever such a function or gathering is going on. No CEO would make themselves available for such function that is why they have ambassadors representing their brands in various campuses to promote their products or you expect binance CEO to start moving from country to country just to visit campuses? I believe you will answer me no. That is the case as we see . Only ambassadors can act in that categories and why it is so.ia because the students understand the language better when they enteract with each other when it comes to things of this nature.

At that time I too had no official position like that. In so doing, I do not fully agree with Sim_card on seminars on campus because the exchange never advertised products on campus. Some of the organizations that staged seminars were more concerned with the reward they stood to gain than with promoting the company as a team of goodwill ambassadors. Some were more like CEOs, or small business owners, urging people to buy bitcoins from them. I even went to one of those seminars at least and you could feel what their main emphasis was.

Indeed, This teaches us a lesson that behind every promotion, especially in the activeness of the campus environment, there lays some unspotted intention. We also have to be keen to avoid falling for this trap of feeling that the promotional material is attractive and helps growth where in actual sense we are being enticed towards goals that will only benefit few individuals, possibly the owners of the self serving fraction [sic]. We should allue to the fact that these risks exist and that the student community, in particular, should be made aware of these different risks every time they come across different investment or partnership deals. That is why, by going on explaining to one another what is actually behind these types of promotions, people shall be better prepared, won’t lose their money, and evaluate the pros and cons of the offered service or product very thoroughly.
