I totally agree with your comment, the moderators here are still friendly and willing to accept people who don't fully understand the crypto world or the forum world, and from there the forum will continue to grow.

There are all advantages and disadvantages and they are all good in my opinion.

That's right, I'm also very happy to be here because all of us who have done Teleported Rank also all received good and warm treatment from the moderator.

Many have done it and this is also responded positively from some of the comments I read about this forum and the traffic is also increasing day by day.

I find one thing different between bounties on Bitcoin forums and Altcoin forums.  The projects are completely the same and only the level of payment is different, 70% of the payment is made in bitcoin talk and 30% of the payment is given in the Altcoin forum within 100%.  Because all the signature projects that are going on have distributed it according to popularity.  I really like this approach and every manager is very nice and knowledgeable and honest.

There are many other differences that you will understand if you directly enter the two forums.  Bitcoin forums have the highest influx of managers and Bitcoin forums have more experienced members

Interesting observation. It makes sense that Bitcoin forums would offer a higher percentage due to the popularity and stability of BTC. Altcoin forums likely attract a different crowd, so the payment structure reflects that. As long as the distribution is fair and transparent, it's a solid approach.
