How to use OpenCoordinator:
1) Update to latest Wasabi Wallet version.
2) Go to drop down menu "Search settings / advanced features" > "Settings" > "Coordinator" and change Coordinator URI from https://api.wasabiwallet.io/ to https://api.opencoordinator.org/ (or onion API link) and then restart your client.
3) You are now ready to Coinjoin.
