I think it took 30 minutes before it deducted to my balance what I think there's a problem on their backend at that time that caused these delays on withdrawal, or maybe because of their DNS server, Cloudflare, because Jan. 17 there's an issue about "AWS S3 SDK compatibility inconsistencies." I don't know if Cryptomus was one of the affected during that time, but it might be the reason for the delays.
Have you confirmed it with the Cryptomus support team?
A few days ago, when I was using Cryptomus exchange, I got a Server Error notification. However, when I tried to continue making transactions, it was successful, including when sending trading results to other wallets.
Another issue I have encountered is that one of the USDT networks (Solana) cannot be used several times, so I finally switched to using another blockchain network (BSC).
Maybe the issues with the network you are using are also one cause of the long transaction process.
