Having issue with withdraw I keep withdrawing using USDT but it seems that they don't process my withdrawal. It almost 2 hours but my transaction still didn't process. Sorry but this is what I experience today.

It seems there's a delay on withdrawal anyway my transaction was completed and received.

Actually, I think that you could explain a correct opinion in your comment. I am also face your same problem, but in this time I finish this transition. I think that it will be very common issues. So when we fall in this problem, we should trying to get solution for this situation.

Actually, I am also thinking about this matter. We also know that trading spot and convert twice is also difference. But I think that if cryptomus add future trading spot, I believe that it will be very helpful for us. I also believe that then gradually Cryptomus popularity will increase rapidly.

I don't think they do have a plan to start adding this futures. Cryptomus is not ready yet for leverage trading unless they announce it later, but my guess they won't add this futures. Since their true purpose is to provide a wallet service with some features to invest in, like staking, or to exchange your coins to other crypto, that is why there's spot trading because the convert option is to exchange your crypto instantly, but having a spot we can decide how much the price of the crypto we want it to exchange.

I think that you could explain a best opinion in your comment. So I am also agree with your prefer comment. I am also want to know about future trading. If cryptomus wallet starting it, then it will be very prefer for us. But if it purpose will provide a wallet service, invest and staking then it also be very perfect too.

Theres a slight difference on trading spot or just convert your BTC to USDT it seems spot offers higher than using convert.

Is the Cryptomus have a future plan to add trading bot in spot trading?
We love to use that feature for automating trades since we are not always online having this feature will give us chance to buy at every price drop during away on the PC or home.

Yes we always want to update for our Cryptomus wallet. And we saw they are hard working on it. I think Cryptomus team will consider about spot trading bot. It will be very helpful for us. We saw big big exchanger already included spot trading bot. We are also waiting for good news about it.

Well, I've waited on the 5-minute countdown, but the process took too long after 5 minutes. That is why I keep sending because it wasn't deducted from my balance.
I think it took 30 minutes before it deducted to my balance what I think there's a problem on their backend at that time that caused these delays on withdrawal, or maybe because of their DNS server, Cloudflare, because Jan. 17 there's an issue about "AWS S3 SDK compatibility inconsistencies." I don't know if Cryptomus was one of the affected during that time, but it might be the reason for the delays.

No, they don't respond yet, but the transaction that I made was processed after 30 minutes. It might be just a bug because the page during withdrawal is slow down I keep refreshing to process the withdrawal again and again after 5 minutes in doing so, and I just leave it and then after 30 minutes I check the overview, and the funds that I withdraw were deducted, so I think there might be a bit of a delay on the process on their backend or server side. I am using the polygon network because it is way cheaper and faster than other networks.
