BTC price increase after purchase from Microstrategy

We'll have a domino effect, and this is just one part of it. So many positive effects happened since Trump announced his support, and because of this, we've reached one all-time high to another.

On the other hand, there is some bad news related to Trump such as accelerating inflation due to tariffs, a stronger dollar means weaker currencies, geopolitical challenges if Trump is really serious about cryptocurrencies. Also, the influence of $MSTR is no longer what it was in the past due to ETFs.

Yeah, microstrategy, ElSalvador are always buying Bitcoin during the dip, they keep accumulating, may be they aimed to be one of the biggest whales in future.
At certain point on the market, there could be selling pressure especially when there are rumors of massive sales from some of the seized Bitcoin by certain countries who could decide to sell off their Bitcoin.
There may also be speculations, as always on the crypto market, it may be positive or negative to either push the prices up or down for personal gains.

Whales accumulate BTC to sell in the future to make profits, which is completely normal. However, MicroStrategy and El Salvador probably don't belong to that group of simple and pragmatic whales.

At least we have seen that they have never sold BTC, and even continuously bought more BTC for over two years. I don't think their buying power is enough to drive BTC price from $16K to $108K, but they are reducing the supply of BTC on the market, and at the same time strengthening investors belief in the value of BTC and the future of the entire market.

MicroStrategy uses BTC to boost the value of MSTR, while El Salvador uses BTC to attract investment and spending. It seems that they are very successful and there is no big enough reason for them to sell off the BTC they have been diligently accumulating for the long term.

well el salvador having bitcoin as their legal tender most likely means that they are not in it for the short term profit only they really want to build a new financial system in their country with bitcoin being a part of it and they are also looking to recover their economy which their president strongly believes to be helped by bitcoin

they are reducing the supply of BTC on the market, and at the same time strengthening investors belief in the value of BTC and the future of the entire market.

a country and a big, respectable company buying bitcoin legitimizes bitcoin and gives it more reliability for some the confidence of an investor's spikes up knowing other big entities have bought bitcoin as well

Most predictions from analyst and speculators are terming this year to be another favorable year for BTC..... Ranging from the effect of Donald Trump's election and inauguration.

Currently, the market is experiencing an uptrend with effect from one of the famous Bitcoin Holding Company, Microstrategy which has began this year with a new purchase of over 1,070 BTC.
This massive purchase has incurred a positive growth on Bitcoin raising it's price to about 102k since it touched it's last ATH.

As time goes on, we'll continue to see a greater price surge from this asset

Currently, we can see that bitcoin price is increasing gradually in cryptocurrency market. We also know that obviously some reason was including in this position. We also know that famous holding company and microstrategy do effect in this situation. But I don't sure understand of main reason for increase bitcoin price. Most of the crypto users believe that Donald trump also support bitcoin, which will be main reason for increase bitcoin price. But I think that 2025 will be best valuable crypto year for cryptocurrency world.

in my opinion, there is no main specific reason for why is bitcoin increasing i think it is the mix of little bit of everything why bitcoin is increasing we have well expected for bitcoin to do well in 2025 because of the cycle but events like trump endorsing bitcoin and/or companies buying bitcoin or etfs being approved these definitely help as well

There are always reasons for Bitcoin/altcoins prices  changes, that is, an increase or a decrease over times. As a matter of fact, Bitcoin price increase or decrease is caused by certain factors, and the most common factor is the demand and supply principles. The demand and supply principle are the major factors or reasons for price changes at intervals.
However, based on the blockchain, Bitcoin chain has a usual circle that also affect the demand/supply factors, fortunately, many traders, investors and holders follows and alliened themselves with this circle to determined their long or short term entry positions. With the circle completing  within a four years intervals, it is most likely that traders, investors, Holders may take advantage of the circle to plan for their entry and exit strategies which subsequently affect the demand/supply of Bitcoin/altcoins in my opinion.

With a daily trading volume of around 475,800 BTC, do you expect buying 1,070 BTC to have an impact on the daily price of Bitcoin, let alone the short-term price range?
In general, Microstrategy has an impact on Bitcoin, and to follow it up, it is better to dedicate a topic to it, but with the current Bitcoin volumes, we need more than that.

I think that if Bitcoin price remains on equilibrium price level, at least for a week, a little demand as much as 1070 Btc can make a tangible impacts on the market, just like a supply of about 1070btc can also have impacts.

Demand and supply is the main reason why there are constant changes on the prices of Btc at the slightest intervals on a daily basis. I think is worth commendable on the consistent microstrategy bitcoin purchases and ithe stands, and the understanding of the Bitcoin ecosystem.
