Same thing with me. Quite disappointing for a crypto service to have any geo-restrictions. Especially when it comes to an ordinary wallet, and not any exchange service or coin trade.
This particular geo-restriction is coming from Apple. An app developer has to enable the app for the relevant app stores before distributing, but the message you're seeing is because it's not on the App Store in your country

In Android you can at least bypass it by downloading the apk directly. Soon, side-loading should be coming to iOS devices (in the EU, at least), so distributing the .ipa file directly should solve that problem too.
