I was shocked when I read that eXch has been operating for over ten years. Their domain registration date shows that the domain was registered On 2022-07-12. Do you know what the domain name was before that?

If I am not wrong they used exch.cc before (but they don't own this domain anymore ; they are working on it as far as I know).

It was a bitcoin to perfect money exchange service. There was cooperation between them and Bestchange, after which it seemed that the domain was stopped for some time.
It's good that they decided to be a privacy-conscious service.
