Community Manager – Crypto Industry

CoinEx is looking for a Community Manager to oversee and grow its online communities, engage users, and drive platform adoption. This role is perfect for someone with crypto industry experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for community building.
What You’ll Do:

    Manage Online Communities – Oversee Telegram, Discord, and other channels, respond to user inquiries, and improve engagement and retention.
    User Growth & Retention – Develop strategies to attract, activate, and retain users, collaborating with KOLs, projects, and partners to boost community expansion.
    Content & Event Creation – Plan and publish high-quality content, organize community events, and run engaging campaigns such as holiday promotions, brand collaborations, and live events.
    Analyze & Optimize – Track crypto industry trends, monitor competitors’ strategies, and refine community operations based on insights.
    Improve User Support – Establish an FAQ system and standardized response processes to resolve user concerns efficiently and gather feedback for product improvements.

What You Need:

✅ Deep crypto knowledge – Familiarity with major cryptocurrencies, exchanges, and blockchain trends.
✅ Bilingual (Chinese & English) – Strong writing and communication skills in both languages.
✅ 2+ years of experience in community management, ideally with a crypto exchange.
✅ Strong engagement skills – Ability to identify user needs and create strategies to boost participation.
✅ Event & content planning expertise – Experience organizing interactive campaigns and producing engaging community content.
✅ Proactive & adaptable – Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and execute tasks efficiently.
✅ Bonus: Established connections with KOLs and crypto communities.
