Blockdaemon is looking for an Ethereum Ecosystem Lead to drive the growth, development, and adoption of its Ethereum-focused products and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with deep Ethereum expertise, strong technical knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, and the ability to build strategic relationships in the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Ecosystem Growth – Build and manage relationships with Ethereum protocol foundations, developers, and partners to expand Blockdaemon’s presence.
🔹 Technical Collaboration – Work with internal and external teams to enhance Blockdaemon’s product offerings, provide technical support, and stay ahead of industry trends.
🔹 Community Engagement – Act as a thought leader, representing Blockdaemon at events, engaging with developer communities, and advocating for the ecosystem.
🔹 Product Feedback & Strategy – Gather insights from users and institutional clients to shape product development and ecosystem priorities.
What You Need to Succeed:

✅ 5+ years in blockchain or crypto with a strong focus on Ethereum.
✅ Solid understanding of staking, smart contracts, dApps, and DeFi protocols.
✅ Excellent communication & leadership skills, with experience in developer advocacy or institutional partnerships.
✅ Ability to identify emerging trends and align ecosystem growth with business objectives.
✅ Proven track record in building and scaling developer ecosystems.
Bonus Skills:

💡 Experience with blockchain nodes, staking, Solidity (Ethereum), or Rust (Solana).
💡 Background in hackathons, workshops, or blockchain conferences.
💡 Familiarity with DeFi, NFTs, and other Web3 sectors.
