Will Ethereum regain momentum with the launch of the Pectra upgrade ?

Just saw Ethereum pectra upgrade was finally launched yesterday, May 7. Seriously, this is a huge one since The Merge with Beacon chain in 2022 when it upgraded from PoW to PoS.

With Pectra upgrade introducing eleven EIPs(Ethereum Improvement Proposals), Eth will be more efficient and user friendly. I realized staking limit for validators has been increased from 32 to 2048 with EIP-7251 with this major upgrade in the Ethereum mainnet, the question on my mind is will this huge step forward will Ethereum regain momentum to reclaim the $2200 mark that was last seen in March because currently it hasn’t hit $2k and i wonder if when we’ll get to see another ATH soon, the last was $4,800.
