New Ransomeware?

The public warning explained that in recent weeks, many complaints about the ransom demand in the cryptocurrency have been sent to law enforcement agencies via email.

The reports said that computers had malware that activated the camera when visiting sites with adult content. In order to avoid the distribution of allegedly filmed videos to all contacts, the recipient had to pay a ransom in bitcoins.
