Altcoins, compared to Bitcoin, has a lower price definition. In fact, the usual demand of it is slowly increasing from time to time. As we all know, Bitcoin's price is due to it's number of investors and popularity in the market but what makes Altcoin more valuable than Bitcoin?

First and foremost, Altcoins has a lower price. Many investors would want to expect that some of the Altcoins could increase in value especially those that are in top ten. So the tendency is that the demand of Altcoins will increase in time possibly making its price in direct proportion to what Bitcoin has today.

Second, the confirmation time is lesser compared to Bitcoin. In accordance to Segwit, from almost 23 hours of waiting, the time has gradually decreased into almost 15 mins. Worth it. But still higher then most of the ALTS which spent 1-3 minutes of confirmation time.

Third, the transaction fee of Altcoins at lower. Bitcoin has an average of $0.72 of transaction fee making it invaluable for the merchants since both its confirmation time and transaction fee are directly proportional.

Lastly, the value of Altcoins can be released in a click. Making it usable in times of emergency. Well, I hope that Bitcoin can change its forms and make it more valuable since it is the highest ranking cryptocurrency.
