 The price alone of a coin doesn’t really mean all that much. What’s important is market cap. You need to know the price and circulation. Also knowing how many outstanding has an impact.
For example, a $1 priced coin with 100 supply has a market cap of $100.
A $0.10 coin with 10,000 supply has a market cap of $1000.
So if they were actually the same coin (value wise), the $1 coin is cheaper than the $0.10.
So definitely look at market cap and not price. So many alt coins that are really just shares in a company without much useage are completely overvalued. They’re being valued in the billions.
What you want is low cap coins with massive potential to disrupt or already have a growing customer base / volume… or large cap coins that will be the ones that survive.
