Is now a good time to buy NEO?

As the title says:  Is now a good time to buy NEO?

I ask because I opened a recent thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3020550.0 and with it I opened a poll in which I included 5 coins that drew my attention for investing my money.

I put in this pool Ethereum, NEO, Bitcoin Cash, Gas, and Waves, and I noticed the following:

Ethereum obtained 36.4% result from the votes
NEO obtained 36.4% result from the votes
Waves obtained 27.3% result from the votes while Bitcoin Cash and Gas have not obtained any votes.

Following this poll and following the advice given by the community, I understand that NEO and Ethereum could be the coins in which I wouldn't lose my money if I buy them.

I followed an online research and I even used a few ROI calculation tools about what ROI I would have had if I had bought Ethereum or NEO a month ago (even though last month was a bad month for the crypto investments), but the result of the research looks like that:

1). If I had invested $ 1,000 by buying NEO on 01-01-2018, today I would have made a profit of $844.82. That is 84.48% of ROI!

2). If I had invested $ 1,000 by buying Gas on 01-01-2018, today I would have made a profit of $326.93. That is 32.69% of ROI!

3). If I had invested $ 1,000 by buying Ethereum on 01-01-2018, today I would have made a profit of $149.81. That is 14.68% of ROI!


As for the remaining two coins (Bitcoin Cash and Waves), If I had invested the money in Bitcoin Cash or Waves, today I would have lost almost 50% of my investment.

So, NEO and Gas were the only coins that would have brought me a good ROI today.

Now I wonder if it is good time to buy NEO, because I'm afraid like this one to drop in the next period and miss to buy them when it's at a lower price.
