Who says Bitcoin is not a currency? I used my Bitcoin to buy phone and hover board from a shop online. The transaction went smoothly and successfully as i tracked every progress of it on the Blockchain. What more currency feature do you expect from Bitcoin?

In my own opinion I think we can still consider bitcoin as a currency but it's in digital form because aside from being use as an investment we can still use bitcoin to pay in some transaction but it is limited only in few countries and mostly it is being use in developed countries like Japan and Switzerland.

I think bitcoin is the future currency, It will be dominate at the future and more stable. Maybe at several countries the government bans bitcoin.

Bitcoin can be a currency and can be used to buy goods provided that there is agreement between buyers and sellers about using bitcoin as a currency, but bitcoin cannot be said to be a currency in general because it has not been approved by the government.

I think bitcoin is the future currency. so we can think of bitcoin as a currency but only a form in digital. Besides that, bitcoin can be used as an investment or bitcoin can be used to pay in a number of transactions that are only used in a few countries. like Japan. because some governments still ban bitcoin
