Yes, if there is gonna be prices changes in the crypto market, like the much expected bull market, it may not start at the day one pf the year. I think the market may pick up gradually because many key players in crypto, plus investors will be studying the market situations in the new year.

Scam projects will stay more, but not for long I believe. Since SEC is hunting down most of them, I believe it will be hard to decide even for an ICO.

Some people who got scammed in 2018 will probably no longer invest again with cryptocurrency this 2019. However, those who did not give up learned a lesson that this is a harsh market. So many scammers and thieves waiting for their prey to fall victim. I wonder how many million dollars will again be stolen for this year compared to last year.

Still too early rate of this market, this is just a few days just possible. Maybe it can only be said there is no difference if in 3 to 6 months of movement costs almost the same as the year yesterday. Hopefully there will be a difference going on this year and the market will turn green.
