We can usually see that when Bitcoin is dropping, the other altcoins are dropping even harder. It's not always the case, but most of the time, altcoins are still dependent on Bitcoin's price and overreact. If Bitcoin falls, they fall harder, and if it goes up, altcoins are going up even faster.

I think the reason why bitcoin is down because at several country the government bans bitcoin. It will affect the demand of bitcoin.
