据韩联社消息，韩国金融服务委员会（FSC）主席Choi Jong-ku在会议上重申了对于虚拟货币和ICO的负面立场，他表示：“政府并没有否认区块链这个产业，只是没有必要将虚拟货币和区块链行业等同起来。许多人说应该允许ICO，但ICO带来的不确定性仍然存在，而且损害太严重和明显。海外对于ICO的态度要么是保守的，要么是禁止的。我们应该说服商业银行不向某些虚拟货币交易所提供实名账户。”
