Holding Or Trading?

I will choose to hold. As i does not have the ample time to do trading, the mindset between holding and trading is very different, trading is very stressful if you are not doing a fulltime trader i will advise holding being a better choice.

I prefer holding to trading even though trading seems to be more profitable.
But it demands too much time and consumes energy and seems distracting to me.
