CRYPTO BOUNTY payment problems: Too long to wait before being PAID!

Well I have felt it too, there are some bounties that are too long to pay the bounty hunter, of course, which makes bounty hunters disappointed. This could be because the market conditions are bad, but as a bounty hunter, we certainly want it to go smoothly. So I just hope that in the future more gifts will be better.

What happen to many bounty campaigns nowadays? They are setting the "new norms" in paying bounty payments! "100th days after the ICO" or "even quarterly basis " their reason is to avoid dumping and stabilize the coin/token price, and after 100th days pass, another alibis and reasoning again others was blaming to "NETWORK CONGESTION" on erc20 tokens. Is this acceptable to everyone? I need your strong but definitive opinion.

I think that delaying payments even for a hundred days is not the worst decision of the ICO teams right now. In this case, payments may be paid. However, now they have begun to apply a more sophisticated method of fraud - to announce the KYC audit under the ICO termination or even after its completion and for various reasons to declare that you have not passed such a KYC verification. Here you will not see payments at all, although you will work as before.

I agree. Now they no longer think of anything, just not to pay. I do not understand this at all. Thanks to bounty hunters, they get a lot of investors and why I don’t pay for a campaign bounty I can’t understand.

The decision to delay gratification is for me unacceptable. They will usually give flimsy excuses like bounty hunters dumping their tokens at the exchange, so they're delaying payments to protect the price of the token. But they also forget that bounty tokens usually make 1% of the total supply and as such it's not enough to dump the price.

The reason we are having this complaints on distribution delays is because this is not what we were used to. Market condition changes and the team have to make the necessary adjustments to protect the project as a whole and that also includes withholding bounty rewards. This is something that we also have to get used to. Non-distribution due to fraud is another thing of course.
