will ETH return to 1000 USD after hardfork?

I sure ethereum will be $1000 after hard fork, if the hard fork is successful and good acceptance from investors. But if the coin will be 3 time from volume now i think it just $200 -$300.

Do you mean $1,000? How can? The current price of ETH is about $132, it is very far away from $1,000. I don't know what can boost the price up to $1,000. I doubt if new hard forks can give very significant rise. I think the reasonable price that may be reached is around $500-$700.
