there is nothing like ICO platform IEO is no different from ICO the only different is that a third party is helping you raise your funds and also IEO already has its disadvantages

Binance IEO is a threat but the rest is just the same with ICO but I might consider few top exchanges like okex. This IEO really depends on the exchange's reputation.

IEO projects will always be limited. And they will be successful if these projects are gonna be listed at top exchanges. On the other hands, I do not praise ICOs. There are so many failed and scam ICOs. So ICO platforms will be needed too.
