As I read the description of this hardfork its just purely upgrading the platform no coin will be created on this activity. The primary aims of the fork is to increase transaction speed and some other stuff to make the ethereum blockchain more efficient and friendly to all ethereum users.

Until now there has not been seen any influence from the hardfork direction that has occurred. Prices remain down though a little. We hope that there will be an increase in ethereum prices when and after the hardfork.

I've read that there were some that's going to airdrop some new coins as a result of the hardfork but many have said they were all scams.  The Ethereum foundation also clarified that no new coin will be formed after this hardfork.

Yes, to Constantinople it was just an update of the Ethereum network on the way of its transition from PoW to PoS. And no new coins were created as a result of this hard fork. Regarding the price of Ethereum, many said that this should have a positive impact on the price of Ethereum now, before the main update of Serenity, which is scheduled to launch at the end of 2019 or early 2020. Perhaps in order to see a positive price movement, more time is needed.
