Altcoins will hit another year high just like in 2018

from the way bitcoin has fought resistance, it is obvious that we might have another bull run before December 2019. Many professionals have predicted that bitcoin will fall back to 2000 or 1800 after two successive dump in this first quarter of 2019. unfortunately. i never crosses below 4k.
do you think we will experince another high price year end in 2019 or same effect  of 2018?

I'm sure bitcoin at the end of 2019 will soar like last 2018. although currently the altcoin is still below expectations and the altcoin movement is still not visible. I agree with you that altcoin will take another year to return to its golden age.

As typical at the cease of 2019 there will be a small growth in all cryptocurrency and most in all likelihood this may all cease, in 2020 governments promised to start regulating cryptocurrency after which we can see what's going to take place with cryptocurrency.

Everyone had high hopes that it can crossed again its previous ATH hopefully it does and based on its current state, the market seems to be exciting and more stable than all markets. BTC can move up without even thinking hard on possible bull run since once its crossed a path of 10k level to 15k level. Im positive it can do it again or even surpass it.
