1 out of 10 projects that been launch is most likely the ratio of serious project that will launch something new. Only few are serious to pull of a good project with objective and concept to improve or introduced new ideas. Many projects who are doing an ICO without any mvp should not be accepted once a regulation is set. Come on, how come they will raise funds and not showing any real product. Its easy to make a website and social accounts. Real product isnt!
