If bounty managers can provide many bounties that really can give income to bounty hunters, then I believe that they will support more bounties. The strategy probably by eliminating random projects, and just have bounty programs of trusted projects.

The best method is do an escrow for the projects those managers handle. But the selection will be tough since its hard to entrust funds to any user unless he got some big reputation to handle funds for a campaign. So that'swhy manager often mentioned that they are not responsible for the payment but only for managing the campaign.

If you are expecting project owners to pay hunters even when their project failed then you shouldn't be thinking that way. I can't see any permanent solution to such problems except that bounty hunters should try to avoid involving on unserious projects

From the previous year, we still cannot find out which projects are serious and which are not. So many projects are coming. It takes a lot of time if you always do your research first before working on a project.

i am hoping to see more bounties and Airdrops here with bitcoin and ethereum payment. i am yet to see any bounty in altcoinstalks paying with bitcoin or ethereum or an already trading crypto. i think that should be a starting way ahead here and also strict rules with how payment is been down.

Nowadays maximum bounty campaign manager and CEO of companies are scamming with bounty hunters. They never pay payments to hunters. So in this purpose escrow will be a great idra for successful projects handling. So I suggest you to keeping any projects continue with successful escrow is the best way.

What am thinking concerning bounty and Airdrop this year 2020 the bounty managers should negotiate with project owners on how to pay bounty hunters their rewards after doing a task in a fixed amount.

A good gift manager will ask for a payment in the form of Bitcoin from the #DevelopmentTeam , but at the moment I see a few new projects that can pay using Bitcoin.

Even though there is a new strategy, it is still difficult to unite the Bounty Manager with the project team. KYC is one of its strategies. but we all feel. Even though we have submitted KYC for the distribution of tokens, the team can still do the opposite. They don't even distribute tokens.

That's difficult. The #DevelopmentTeam  sometimes changes the rules that have been agreed upon. You can see a number of bounties that have changed the agreed payment rules. Although the negotiations have been carried out before starting the campaign, the #DevelopmentTeam  can change after the campaign ends. for example Tokoin. Initially, the distribution was only divided into 4 months. But now the distribution is done in one year.
