Is there any chance for Altcoins road to recovery in 2020?

Lately base on my trading experiences since the first quarter of 2019, up to present most of altcoins price was continue to decline and falling from time to time, only few coins was showing some positive price movement but it will not stay for long period, at first i was thought that its just a form of correction but these time its almost a year already and the trend was still the same. that's why i'm doubting now! what was the reason behind in this continues price fall?

The growth of Altcoins in 2019 seemed very slow, and when Bitcoin was pumping very high, Altcoin was only slightly increased. Everyone has waited for the Altcoin season to happen again as the year 2017.

There was alot of cryptocurrency dump since the year 2019 started in the crypto industry which contributed to rise and fall of altcoins and I believe that in the year to come which is 2020 many altcoins will recover in price value.
