英特尔申请挖矿芯片加速器专利

据 Ambcrypto，美国专利和商标局 USPTO 公布了英特尔为比特币采矿芯片申请硬件加速器的专利申请。由于比特币挖掘中无休止地执行 SHA-256 功能，过程可能非常耗电且利用大量硬件空间。而英特尔的新方法会通过减少比特币挖矿硬件消耗的空间和电力，优化比特币挖掘操作，与通用的处理器相比，其加速器方法可将功耗降低高达 35％。
