The nature of the market might be too slow on ethereum. most altcoins are coming back. e.g ripple, tron , even new projects like matic network. ripple is gradually picking the race. There  is several factor that affect  the cryptocurrency price on the market.  Demand and supply.  I see ethereum is struggling  now,  But I believe  ethereum will be more valuable  at several months again.  Ethereum  has potential  to rise and rise again.

yes. it depends on ETH community and ETH holder. Maybe right now ETH market going to slow for buy and sell. But if BTC going raise to pump again ETH will follow. Keep relaxing and watch the price of ETH pump again
