Benefits of token burns are clear: lower token dilution and potential secondary market support. Burns should be provable, and ERC20 tokens do so by sending tokens to the 0x00 address.

It's interesting that some of the top 10 most burned tokens have burned more than the current project value.

That would be true back in 2017. Today? Meh. Investors knows better now. They don't easily fall to the burning FOMO and the price won't move that much as a result. Besides, token burns doesn't guarantee future price increase. If the project is shit in the first place, nobody would care even if only a few millions remains.

Burning tokens doesnt really give much hope for the supporters. What the supporters really need is developments or mass adoption that will use their product. Mostly they just burned tokens that are allocated to marketing but they didnt burn the allocation for the team. This should be burned so that they will not dump it on the market.

Token burn can be very profitable for the investor but I don't like this idea. Why we need to burn token only for keeping the price of the token up. If that project has potential on it then it will succeed.

Reason for burning coins or tokens is just to keep prices stable and increase when bad market. This situation will make it limited the number of coin circulating in the market and make it easy for coin or token to increase in price.

The token burn specific purpose was to keep the projects token gain stability of its price. because a lesser token supply means a higher price would be achieved. but its another form of consideration when it comes to the development of the platform and how to create demand for its token, that would be another form of the story.

I cant believe that fcoin is the highest in terms of coin burned. Even if they burned, i have bo trust with fcoin however the rest of the them, they are pretty good project to invest in the upcoming pull back.
