DeFi, DeFi & DeFi - what is your opinion?

Recently, DeFi has taken up too much media: exchanges focus on supporting IEO projects related to DeFi, some DeFi tokens increase in price by 50% -5000%, DeFi and staking are two crypto scam trends in 2020...
I know that maybe DeFi is the ultimate purpose of the crypto world, however whether we have actually achieved DeFi, as the majority of countries have not yet enacted a clear legal framework for crypto.
In addition, are the prices of DeFi tokens stable & truly worthy of their potential? Or is it just a new bubble, similar to the 2017 ICO bubble?

I don't have much experience regarding DeFi, I look forward to hearing from you.

DeFi was there few years ago but only starting to gain some popularity now, maybe because its usecases are now being known and its potentials are becoming reality. DeFi is the real deal for the genuine ones and will be for awhile.

DeFi has the concept, market demand and hype so we have to accept that it is the next big thing right now in the market and it has even more potential for growth. For prices everyone has his own opinion but i think the upcoming bull run will take prices even higher.
