Cryptocurrency service providers must register with the relevant state authorities, otherwise we will never get rid of abuses and, above all, cryptocurrency frauds that already threaten the normal existence of cryptocurrencies. Cryptocurrency users may remain anonymous, but not cryptocurrency service providers.
