According to a report by the crypto analytics platform Santiment, Bitcoin whales bought BTC in increasing quantities last week, in a potential bid to raise the price before the May 12 halving.

Whales club can do the impossible in crypto to possible. They could control or what I mean is manipulate bitcoin according to their timeline. Assuming they want to say to crypto people hope is certain and interest is near don't leave bitcoin or cryptocurrency

Indeed the will prepare their assets by buying more before halving but I think it is not really effective since there is no significant increase after halving. So, those whales probably just keep their Bitcoins bought before halving in the wallets. I think they are waiting for a big increase now.
