One big thing I realized with a crash story like Yam is that we are all in an experimental lab, even including Bitcoin. Though we are all positive about the blockchain and cryptocurrency, things are not 100% perfect and there can be unforeseen circumstances to happen that will definitely affect the marketplace. I am sure that soon Yam can be able to recover since it is a good platform and lead by good people. Let's learn this big lesson and then move on. Long live DeFi!

This will be a lesson and also an opportunity for the crypto market to calm down on DeFi in order to avoid such fundamental errors. We need to understand that DeFi projects are as risky as ICOs in early 2018.
