Value of ALTS token

Hello Everyone, I just joined the forum and learnt a few things already (still learning) about the forum.

I saw a thread that we can convert points to ALTS tokens. However, I've checked both coinmarketcap and coingecko and couldn't find any market for it.

What is the value? Or is it used for on forum features / activities etc?

Maybe you can ask the admin to get more information about ALTS tokens, for now there are only 3 exchanges that are ALTS tokens
