Seems a relatively new concept in the DeFi world of cryptocurrency. Dex aggregation is not common. However like someone pointed out, it looks like talking liquidity from decentralized exchanges unto the aggregator. Lets see how it pans out

Yes it is absolutely the latest tech and it will be widely implemented once it matures. But this isnt taking liquidity from uniswap but merely encouraging liquidity on uniswap. More liquidity means less price fluctuations
