Matthew Liu, the co-founder of Origin Protocol, has confirmed that the Origin Dollar (OUSD) vault was attacked by the hackers. He confirmed on Monday, November 16, 2020, that the team is looking for the damage done and how the hackers were able to gain access to it.

Honestly, speaking I'm tired to read this kind of information, and sometimes I'm thinking that crypto space is not safe because more and more hacking incidents have been reported but not any a single perpetrator was being captured or bring to justice that was a sad reality the crypto industry is just using as a milking cow of those thieves that probably an insider of those platforms who knows its just a kind of drama.

Cryptocurrency constantly attracts the attention of hackers and scammers and this is not surprising.  After all, very large amounts of money are concentrated here.  In addition, it is very dangerous to attack a bank or a public financial institution.  Law enforcement agencies react rather quickly to such crimes and to protect state interests.  At the same time, cryptocurrency in many countries has not yet been legalized, criminals are located in different states and the coordination of law enforcement agencies is still weak.  Many say that cryptocurrency doesn't need government approval.  If it does not exist, the underworld will simply overwhelm the cryptocurrency.

How hacked have done that? I think someone from the team inside also responsible for these. They should investigate that too. I saw that news too when the 0USD price dropped below 0.15$ when it should be around 1$ all the time as a stable coin.

This always happens, when it is online, there will be always hackers, no matter what and we cannot ignore it. So, that is why every project and exchange should really make a very safe guard prevent hackers. but of course, there are also so many smart hackers that can utilize the weakness of a project or exchange.
And this is very sad to know also about this hack because it also makes and influences the prie of the coin to be much much lower
