Obviously blockchain based voting systems can bring the highly required transparency, efficiency and claims of rigging will be completely over as each and every vote and person would be trackable via blockchain systems.

I quite agree with your points, blockchain will acttually eleminate all forms of voting fraud from the electoral systems if applied. I think the blockchian technology we definitely serve defferent needs of the societies in  many ways if deployed, I believe that the Blockchain has the potential to completely wipe off various kinds electoral short comings and provide for a free and fair election than what is currently experiencing across the world .
