Move Idex to DEX sub-section, add Uniswap child board

  • Move IDEX child board to sub-section of Decentralized Exchanges (as currently with centralized exchange coin/tokens)
  • Create Uniswap child board as sub-section of Decentralized Exchanges (as is the most popular DEX)
  • Refine description to: Everything related to Decentralized Exchanges (DEX)

My other account can then move uniswap topics to new sub-section if it is created :)
