Obviously we should accumulate as many as we can while still cheap because once it gets listed on some decent exchange and gets the limelight the price can go to moon in no time.

You make it sound like you are sure of the alts season, not all alts who got listed are straight to the moon, what i observe is some alts are quick to increase in price more than some, some project just take a longer time to increase in price while others have no problem to increase at given intervals, i have some accumulated alts from bounty and few that i previously bought, hopefully they will bring me good profit.

Should we be investing in ALTS?

It is not a must, you can choose on what coin you want to invest your money. Even you invest all your money in Bitcoin, it is not a mistake, everyone has the own view. However, diversify our portfolio is better in my opinion. It can optimize the chance to get higher profits and lower the risk of lossing all money in crypto.
