In order to raise funds for development of new features as well as the infrastructure, we are currently charging 10% of every mined block.
Once the voting platform is implemented, this development fee is open to vote and can therefore be put out of service if the community decides that.

*: 60 pre mined blocks were necessary to unlock the pools and also was used for testing purpose.

How will the target solution look like?

 
Because the main wallet is completely anonymous and neither the ID nor any transaction of the wallet is traceable, every user who wants to participate in the election process needs another wallet.
This wallet has an ID which is only visible to the voting platform server and ensures, that every voter is able to only vote once (every wallet ID is allowed to vote once, no matter how many times or how much this wallet voted)
For every change open to vote, the ID of your voting wallet is stored on the voting platform for the duration of the vote and is not visible to anyone but the voting algorithm.
