I came across (in an FB group) a short analysis, the numbers look worrying and we are in a so-called "bull run"
The best-performing tokens listed on Binance since the beginning of the year.

This just shows one thing.
We don't need that much altcoins anymore.

Maybe I'm wrong, but investing into new projects for me will only benefit the developers. This is worrying indeed. Most of the projects that are in that spreadsheet are in red ever since they launched except for JUP which is working pretty fine currently.
Tokens that has a huge hype back then like MANTA, ENA, STRK, REZ, and even ZK are now negative, and the hype is gone around them. Hype is at it's peak before they launching and when the time comes that they need to launch it, token holders will immediately sell their tokens and leave the project.

It's risky, but how smart is it to invest in new tokens?
I'm a type of investor that doesn't invest into new tokens or projects at all. I have this rule called the "1-YEAR" rule and it states that, I will need to wait at least 6 months to a year before I will decide whether I will invest on it or not. If it survived for a year then good. If it performed pretty fine during that 1 year then good. At least that's what I'm doing that's why I'm focused more on the established or top coins.
